Cancellation Policy

• After registering, a statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies. During this time, you may cancel your registration free of charge. However, if you cancel within 14 days prior to the start date, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, the full participation fee will be charged.
• The right to cancel free of charge is void if the workshop begins during the cooling-off period or if immediate access is granted to digital content.
• For multi-day courses or workshops, the date of the first session is considered the official start date.
• Cancellations can be made via email with confirmation of receipt, or by postal mail. Any applicable refunds will be issued within 14 days of your cancellation.
